Correct/complete your user page and the page of your picture if necessary

== Glossary ==

Add a term to our glossary and create the corresponding entry.
* Name of your page: if you work on synonymy, then your page should be called Glossary:Synonym
* IPA symbols can be gained from: http://westonruter.github.com/ipa-chart/keyboard/ (thanks to [[User:Leo|Leo]] for the link!)

== Group ==

* Form a group of at most 5 people.
* Make sure you can exchange information within the group (exchange e-mail, ...)
* Decide on the topic for your group.
* Create the wikipage for your group. Your page should follow the pattern used by [[NMTS-Group0| Group 0]].
* Include at least three references that may help you work on your topic.

== Prepare a short presentation ==

Each group will give a 3 minute presentation on their topic:
# What is your group working on?
# Give one clear example.
# What is particularly difficult?

<!-- Give a short description of your topic-->

An implicature is anything that is inferred from an utterance but that is not a condition for the truth of the utterance.
There are different types of implicatures. Below you find a brief overview:

Potential implicature.
A potential implicature is an implicature that would arise from any of the components of a given utterance if that component were uttered in some linguistic or extralinguistic context.

Actual implicature.
An actual implicature is any potential implicature that is not canceled by its context.
